We went last night. The place was busy and the atmosphere was buzzing. The lines were long with people anxiously waiting for their turn to order. I was thinking this is going to be great there are a lot of people and seems to be super popular. However that was not the case. Our experience was terrible! My daughter and husband had ordered the new âwaffle bubble coneâ. My daughter gets hers sits down and first bite she says mom taste this so I do and the waffle portion is SOUR. Then we wait 15 min for my husbands and he finally gets his and same thing his is soured! I politely go up and let the lady know that the batter tasted sour and something was very wrong. She just looks at me with a blank stare and says well thatâs strange because I had one about 20 minutes ago and it was fine. And was continuing to make bubble waffles for other people. I told her that that was unlikely because we had been in line for about 20 minutes. They were slammed busy. So she just blatantly lied. didnât look over and there is a container that is on the last bit of powder. And I turn to her again and say is that what you used for our bubble waffles. She said yes it is and it was caked with dried batter at the top: It looked like it Iâve been sitting out all day. I asked her if thatâs what she made ours with and she admitted that she did. I told her politely that I thought that the daughter had gone bad and that she needed to stop serving that to people. I never got a refund nor did I receive even a apology for the experience. Instead they both wanted to just try to ignore the situation and just looked at me with blank stares.both of the girls that were working were not experienced at all in customer service. The one thing I did receive was the relief of mind that they had taken all the batter and thrown it out and stopped serving the bubble waffle cones. Beware if you go and try to order the bubble waffle cone. Double check how they...
Read moreI always really enjoyed the scoop, but todayâs experience on the 14th with one the employees there was terrible. It started the minute we walked in, she made her annoyance very clear with loud sighs. When asking her a question she started talking to another employee coming in- ignoring me completely. The other employee working the counter was awesome, I didnât catch his name unfortunately! She ended up overcharging us, then when we asked to get refund because we were charged with things not ordered, she then told us to ânext time make sure you pay before you sit down.â but we were a group and were paying together, so of course the rest of the people would have gotten their ice cream first and would sit down.. unless thatâs not the polite thing to do when others are looking at ice cream, then I rescind this portion.
Their ice cream is good, and I truly wish I got the other name of the employee that was helpful and kind. She kind of cemented going to the other location though sadly, because it really was an unpleasant experience start to finish because of the general attitude. I just felt as if we were a nuisance for being there, and all I wanted to do was to have a treat for graduation. Their waffles at the other location is also 10/10 as a side note!
I also want to add two other people of the party also got overcharged. A baby scoop in a cup is supposed to be $1.50, so why were they charged $3.50 each? They didnât even say anything though because they didnât want to experience the same...
Read moreThis is a cute ice cream shop! They offer a variety of gluten-free and vegan options, which is great for those with dietary restrictions! The ice cream is very good quality and I like all the cone options they offer as well as the ice cream flavors. I tried Pistachio Pineapple Marshmallow, which sounds like a weird flavor combo, but was creamy and delicious! I also tried their Coconut Cheesecake, Chocolate, Chocolate Ding Dong & Salted Caramel flavors, all of which were amazing! The only downside for me was their pricing. I feel like $3.75 is a bit expensive for a kids cone and saw that in the last few years, they have raised their prices from $1.50 for a kids cone. I understand the need to raise prices due to inflation, but I think $2.50 would be much more reasonable and would allow me to treat my kids to The...
