UPDATE: So I've had to edit my review since my previous experience. Order was not accurate or fresh, spent over $50 this time around so certain expectations should be met... think the order might have gotten confused with another item on the menu. Met with a mouthful of beans not cheese sauce. Called up there to the store, they offered to get me new ones if I came back. So make sure you check your order before you leave & have multiples of the wrong item when you get home. Will have to make a special trip up there to get my right items which is a big bummer. The food we did get wasn't even fresh. Stale, soggy Taco shells. Flat sodas. Quesadillas had large pieces of gristle, very gross. Not sure what's changed. Disappointed to say the least.
Almost always have no issues at this Taco Bell, it's the best one in our area in my opinion. Almost always accurate, might be missing some sauce for example. But food is accurate, even with substitutions & not missing anything. Which is really appreciated! Definitely not cheap to go to eat here...
Read moreThere is something very annoying about buying food from the drive thru, driving to your next distinction to eat, and then finding out that the chicken strips looks like this. The only more annoying thing than that, is knowing that they charge $3.99 for this. They are completely inedible. Dry, like they have been sitting in the holding tray for at least an hour. The worst part is that Northwest Arkansas is highly competitive with fast food businesses, and many of them who sell fried chicken tenders like this. Taco Bell wants a piece of the pie, but serving this? We can blame the corporation, blame the staff at this store, but I blame myself for going out this "restaurant" and spending my money here. It is a complete disappointment. $3.99, $89.99, regardless of cost, no one should be served this atrocity. And if you read this far, please get your chicken tenders literally...
Read moreEvery time I order a dorito taco supreme the last three times they give me a normal dorito taco without the sour cream and without the tomatoes yet they still charge me for supreme every time. I normally let this stuff go but it happens too often and then when I finally bring it to the manager's attention I am told that if I bring the taco back to them with the receipt they'll switch it out, this is after I've already got home and opened up the bag after going through drive-thru. Once is a mistake, twice it needs to be dealt with, three times there's a problem. Who knows how many other people this happens to besides me. And the irritating part is no one seems to really care as of to say eh...it happens. Someone needs to have pride...
