We were told it would take one week to get a quote. It took 14 weeks to get the quote from Tony. We finally got a quote after weeks and weeks of being told we would receive it the following week. When we finally did get the quote we were told we had 3 days to get back to them with half the amount of the total cost of the job, around $6,000, or we would lose the spot we had reserved with them the 14 weeks prior then we would get the CAD drawing a week after that. When speaking with the office manager she gave a very insincere apology and excuse. It was obvious that they did not care about us and do not have a good work ethic. Tony did a wonderful job of installing a garbage can drawer in our kitchen in a place where we had removed an old, unused appliance. Additionally, he enlarged our wall oven cabinet to fit our new wall oven. He was quick and the cabinets/drawers are very well made. He was a pleasure to work with and we are very satisfied. Tony and his entire crew did a great job building and customizing our kitchen and laundry room cabinets. Tony drew up the plans we wanted, and the work building and painting our cabinets did not take long. They tore out the old cabinets in one day, and a couple of days they installed the new ones. My husband and I are very pleased with this company.
