Five Guys — Restaurant in Springfield

I went to the 5 guys burgers and fries restaurant on Monday,November 6th about 7 pm. A young man named Jeff took my order, I do not eat bread products so I ask him could he put my cheeseburger on lettuce,and he said absolutely. So I proceeded to order my cheeseburger with all of the condiments on it. This young man took the order and he never once questioned me or gave me a dirty look nor said anything condescending to me about it. I was very pleasantly shocked. He was so friendly and sweet and completely understanding and no kidding made me the best cheeseburger I have had in years. And did all of this with a wonderful attitude and smile. I am telling you this is very hard to find for me while eating out due to my very restricted diet. Your company has a wonderful associate in Jeff and should be recognized as such, in my opinion. I want to thank him so much for his kindness and sweet attitude towards me. Hopefully he here’s that he absolutely made some old man’s day with his attitude and total professionalism. 5 guys did a great job hiring such a great guy. I have gone to Five Guys many times over the last several years. I am very disappointed with the service I received for the Springfield Ohio location. I ordered 2 burgers and a Cajun fry after I left work. Drove 20 mins home to find out that they made one of the burgers completely wrong and gave me a regular fry instead of a Cajun fry. I called to let them know it was wrong and that I was driving back out for them to remake my order correctly. They said the they do not do that. They could give me a comp card for a later date. I still have a wrong order. Am I supposed to just pay for another order. Who does that. I have never heard of such a thing. I did not want anything except to remake my order. He said he could not do that. I then asked to get a refund and again was told he could not do that. This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard of. Make my stuff wrong and make me pay for the correct stuff if I want the right order??? I will not be returning to this location again. It horrible...

I will never in my life eat here again! We ordered 3 single bacon cheese burgers and a single burger... So, the whole order was wrong, the bun looked like they dropped it in water and fell apart i asked for onion mayo and lettuce... The lettuce looked like it was a week old i got a quarter of a peice of bacon no onion and tomato i didnt ask for lol. So yall just slap whatever y'all want on these over priced pathetic excuse for burgers... My mom asked for the same on her burger didnt get onion and they put pickle that she didnt order.... Is this real life... I opend my five year olds burger and th pickels were swimming in a cup of mayo and she couldnt even eat it on the bun smh....maybe its just because its in springfield but really the receipt was correct but our burgers were just watever they wanted to slap on after they dropped the bun in a bucket of water.... Never again! Y'all want a good burger...
