Not feeling too well today but out shopping with my son. I opted for a salmon platter. Not only was service genuinely friendly (despite my blah demeanor) but the food was AMAZING! I can honestly say this was some of the best prepared salmon I've had in a long time. He gave me the option of medium or well. Oh man, let me tell you, St. Matthews Mall is hands down one of the most awesome spots to grab a bite! Seriously, you've got to make a pit stop there and treat yourself to some amazing food. And let me just say, the owner? They are an absolute pro on the grill! You won't be disappointed. Oh, and don't forget to grab yourself a refreshing juice while you're at it. I can not stop recommending this place to my friends and family! The food is unbelievably good and the owner is so kind. I'm in love with the shrimp & rice with tzatziki sauce, and look forward to trying everything else they offer.
