"Best Buy Total Care" and "Geek Squad" is a incompetent fraudulent company that hires unprofessional third parties reported by the Best Business Bureau to install/ work and diagnose your electronics. In my experience i had four miss appointments with no call/show to come and diagnose my security cameras, never did a technician called to let me know that they where not coming, so here i am in my 6-8 hour window waiting for nobody to show up followed by an hour PLUS on the phone to get reschedule. When i finally had a technician come over the house to check the cameras, he told me that one of the cameras itself wasnt working i needed to contact Best Buy to get another camera, "ok like if I didn't know that" ..and the technician just left.
So another hour and half on the phone getting transferred from Indian personal that could barely speak English to a other Indian personal that can barely speak English. They tried to give me another camera that was a TOTAL different brand, trying to convince me that it wil work With mines, when mines are hard wired 4K and the ones he tried to convince me to take where wireless and 1080P.

Read moreI would give a 0 if I could. After my brand new fridge broke down, I contacted geek squad to schedule a repair. The customer rep told me she couldn’t schedule an appointment for me because they were completely booked for 3 MONTHS! What a joke! Then I asked to speak with a supervisor, and she put me on hold for 45 minutes. If that wasn’t enough the rep came back and said the supervisor said she can’t do anything about it we need to transfer the call the special tasks. Punch line I had to wait an additional 35 minutes for someone to get on the line.
Their service is absolutely absurd. Who’s going to wait more than 3 months for a repair?!
Advice: go to SEARS for warranty on your appliances. Heck just shop there for your appliances while your at it. Rather than waiting months for a repair...

When I called they referred me to check the status on line the last update I received was from 2/8 stating it was assigned to an agent. I called today and I was transferred to Geek Squad after going through the Best Buy phone #. The phone has been ringing for 20 min... NO ANSWER.
