Boot Barn — Local services in Strongsville

I was scrolling the online store and decided to go to the strongsville location. Walking through the door your instantly greeted with the great smell of leather!! I was greeted and assisted by the kind (i was so excited I didnt look at his name tag) employee. Any questions I had they were answered and I was given the time and space to look and try on some boots. This was my first visit to boot barn and it will NOT be my last!. I even purchased my first pair of boots! For anyone looking to purchase or even just try on boots I recommend this place!!

Got a hat from there and the brim had a tiny bend in it, I wanted it to be straightened out and the steam machine wasn’t working the first day so I left my hat to be fixed, no big deal. Went in the next day when I was told it’d be fixed and it still wasn’t. Left for another two-three hours and picked it back up and still wasn’t fixed. Great selection of boots and clothes. Smaller selection of hats but still a wide variety. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and not pushy at all....
