My boyfriend did joint tenant with the rights of survivorship, a trust and a will before he died.My name is on the deed.I do not have the trust documents or know the name of the trust. Probate was done in NJ and his name is still on the property. I have made several trips to Monroe county register of wills.The property is in Tobyhanna.I have spent thousands on legal fees already.This property is in a gated community The trustees name is on it. The house is now being vandalized and full of garbage. The mortgage company sent me the successor of interest documents but now I need paperwork from the court.He died a year ago.A lot of persons waiting on this house to go in foreclosure.Hoa is also owed.Please I need help. I have been in the court house a lot of times, seems that the consi liators and judges never read and study the cases before you get there.I already had very bad experiences with custodial cases. The consiliators never give you a chance to explain yourself.They really don't care what happens to the children after you leave the courthouse. There should be an investigation about what is going on in that courthouse. Iam willing to speak up in front of the District Attorney. I know this is never going to happen,in this town is not what you know is who do you know. Let's see if we can get the District Attorney to get involved,Iam tired to see what is going on.
