We ordered a custom iron door for over $7000 with screens. The screen arrived with a hole and we sent a picture immediately to the store on the day of pickup. They sent us to Autumn Bosino who is not at this location. She just gave us the run around in about 5 emails saying it wouldn’t be covered, while the manager in the store said it would be. Autumn acted as though she couldn’t do anything and that I could pay for another screen and she’d be happy to get me the price for that. She said it would only be covered if it was reported within 48 hours, which it was! I kept explaining this to her over and over. She eventually stopped replying to my emails and the store manager said it’s not in her hands. BUYER BEWARE of this shady business who will take your money and not stand behind their own...

I don’t expect this place to be open to long because of customer service alone…been 3 times, very similar experience. You walk-in there, they don’t greet you. After a few minutes, then 2 workers asked what car I drove as they start to proceed to pack a vanity to load in my vehicle …lol

If you would’ve simply said “hello how can I help you”…could’ve saved your energy.

Third worker didn’t even say Goodmorning until I got close to her and I spoke first…was to busy trying to find Alexa on her watch…won’t be back moving on

We had been looking for a front door for some time, but what we like was too expensive. We found a door we like but it was far less than expected so decided to go and have a look. Wow! This place is awesome! So many choices not just doors, but vanities, bathtubs and more. Saleswoman Ishio was very helpful and when it seemed our door was out of stock she called other stores and was able to locate one! I feel she went above and beyond to make sure we got what we really wanted!! Thank you Ishio! Highly recommend...
