I deeply regret and feel disappointed about the experience I had. I had my lips and eyebrows done by the top master - Kate. I had asked her beforehand if I needed to remove the previous pigment, to which she assured me it was unnecessary.

I went for a correction and ended up with a gray pigmentation. Initially, the master attempted to persuade me to continue with the work and do a correction.

However, when I declined, she changed her stance and agreed that it would be better to remove the entire work using laser treatment.

All she offered was a simple apology. There were no alternative solutions or suggestions to rectify the situation.
