I called and asked for a Manager to call me to privately express my concerns as a long time client and after a week, I’ve not been called.

Here are my concerns.

Price Variation and High Staff Turnover: Be cautious if you're considering this company. The fluctuating prices from visit to visit suggest inconsistent service quality, and the high staff turnover indicates a lack of experienced or dedicated hairdressers. This combination should make clients wary of expecting a consistently good haircut and experience.

Obvious Price Gouging: Beware of price gouging, is rampant here. The cost of services swings widely from one visit to the next without any clear updates or transparency. Old prices are still displayed, misleading clients about the actual cost, which seems to be arbitrarily set each time. I’m assuming it’s at stylist discretion and that’s unfortunate when one decides to take advantage. A simple buzz of some neck stubble has been free with a haircut to all the way up to 20$ for a “beard trim”.

Inexperienced Stylists: I visited hoping for a haircut and a simple nose waxing, but was met with confusion. Some stylists here clearly have no clue about how to provide or even source materials for certain services like nose waxing. This lack of knowledge or preparation can be frustrating for clients expecting standard beauty treatments.

Unprofessional Greeting: Walking into the salon to be greeted by an untrained, barking dog was both uncomfortable and unprofessional. While I understand the value of support animals, this dog was clearly not one. As a client, I expect a welcoming and relaxing environment, not one where I have to deal with an uncontrolled pet. It's a significant deterrent to returning for services.

Conclusion: This used to be a “step up” above a Great Clips but as of 2025 it’s essentially on equal footing.

When I first started coming - dropping 100 bucks plus fantastic tip was expected and didn’t feel like you were robbed. A great scalp massage, a beard trim, great detailed haircut, nose waxing with a face mask if I felt up to it.

That’s not what this place is anymore.

I would’ve posted this review last time I arrived and sat waiting over 20 minutes for them to address me…but last time a woman apologized for their disarray and explained that they were running behind. I had a scheduled appointment, but they did not even seat me for 20 minutes beyond the scheduled time. Started to post and describe, but decided not to since everybody has a bad day.

This is now the second consecutive visit where the entire group of employees does not acknowledge their customers for 20 minutes. This time I had to stand at the front counter for minutes until one of them begrudgingly asked me what I needed. I asked how far behind they were running and explained that I had an appointment for 330 (it’s 350). They squabble amongst themselves and finally point to the stylist with the appointment and ask her how much longer. She snapped back at them with attitude, “im finishing up”.

Pass on this place. The team is rude, consistently late, and do not give basic customer service. Haircuts are expensive and the quality is on par with other walk-in accepting locations. Not worth the hassle.

Best part is they have a sign on the counter begging for 5-star reviews on google. Sounds like ownership is feeling the effects of their poor service. Unfortunately they’ve packed the ratings on here to create the illusion that this place is...

The lady that cut my hair didn’t listen to what I requested and messed up my hair that now it takes time to grow up the way it was. When I said it looks like you cut it a bit to much, she gave me a look that she didn’t care. Also when i sat on the chair she started cutting my hair right away without even cleaning the trimmer and clippers from the previous guy. That’s unprofessional and dirty that’s why peoples skin gets rushed…. Won’t ever go again!!! Usually my hair takes 25-35 mins to do a really good job, that’s what my barber takes but because she didn’t care about the look but wanted to make the money fast, she got me out of there in less than 10 mins.
