Alexander Jewelers — Local services in Temecula

Recently, my young grandson got a hold of my Breitling Aerospace and made a few 'adjustments' on it. Of course, he was just trying to be helpful.

I thanked him of course, and went about trying to restore the settings, albeit without the owner's manual being readily available. As many owners know, it can be a little daunting if you're not intimately familiar with the process.

Not having a good deal of time (no pun intended) to figure out all of the intricacies, I decided to bring it to Alexander Jewelers at the Promenade Mall in Temecula.

There, I was greeted by Raymond Tekin, who graciously took the time to restore my Breitling to my preferred settings. Raymond refused accept any compensation for his service.

While this may not seem like a big deal to most, for me, Raymond's willingness to stop what he was doing to help me, was very much appreciated.

In this day and age, "excellent" customer service seems to be a rarity, and when it does occur, I believe it should be recognized.

My husband and I purchased an engagement ring to replace one that I had to keep replacing the prongs on . I finally had enough . We were at the mall and the woman who helped me was so professionall I tried on several rings but I kept going back to one imparticular because it just sparkled. It truly was perfect. Highly Recommend.! I was on the market for a diamond crucifix. I think I visited every single jewelry store in the Inland Empire and no luck. The moment I stepped into Alexander's I was blown away. The store appeal, salesman product knowledge, quality custom jewelry, and overall experience was unlike any other. Even though my budget was under 1k, the lady that assisted me was very soft spoken and did NOT pressure me in an upsell in any way. I just had my 2nd anniversary and even though I did not purchase my engagement ring there, I will go back for any future purchases. They also cleaned and inspected my wifes jewerly at no charge. This was the first pleasant jewelry experience I had since moving to California. Look forward to seeing an Alexander's in Orange...
