Destination Temecula Wine Tours and Experiences — Local services in Temecula

This weekend we were visiting San Diego for a conference and wanted to go to a vineyard. Last minute we called Destination Temecula on a recommendation from the hotel and not only were they super responsive, they delivered impeccable service. We did a private tour and it was about 1.5 hours away. They arranged to have us picked up from the hotel, planned our lunch, did the tour and brought us back to san diego. Our car was upgraded from a luxury sedan to a newer model SUV escalade. the driver William was amazing, funny, attentive and not only provided history of the California, san diego, the terrains and the wine country along the way , he made the drive so by so fast and was on time, always in constant communication with us during the tour and we always felt like we were in good hands with him. He offered us water and other amenities to ensure our comfort. The owner Dave was present as well, we were definitely treated like VIP, he met us at each stop, got us set up for the wine tasting the tours, and took pictures for us and provided water as well. He made sure our lunch was served and Lunch was not only amazing but we had a view of the mountains the vineyards and we were the ONLY people on the patio, talk about the perfect date. This trip was absolutely amazing , the costumer service, the vineyards, the ride, I have nothing negative to say. Destination Temecula provided the perfect curated experience for our team of 15 people. Every single person who participated had a good time, even those who didn't drink wine at all!

Mitchelle helped me plan everything around my team's needs from places to visit to transportation and lunch and dinner. She even gave us recommendations for hotels according to our budget. She was extremely responsive and nice.

The day of the event went very smoothly, I didn't have to worry about anything, we were picked up by a super nice bus, with pretty luxurious, comfortable leather seats, and the timing was great. Exactly the perfect amount of time in each place (3 in total). Since it was a team building, we played bocce ball, and we had a team building activity where we made our own wine and marketed it to each other. The whole time was great, and I love that it's still a mom-and-pop shop with Dave who was passionate about guiding us in Temecula. He knew everything about Temecula and the wineries.

Also, they offered for us to do other activities like escape games, olive oil tasting, or chocolatier but we preferred to stay with vineyards.

I booked this for my sister's 35th birthday and 5 year wedding anniversary, for about 10 of us. I made sure to book this in October for our December excursion and I was pleased to know that I could schedule the weekend we selected. All of the communication between securing the date, the interception of my down payment and the selection of the meals was easy and smooth. I have to say, they went above and beyond accommodating for one of selected Winery's as well as the delivery of the final payment. There was a hiccup from UPS that delayed the final payment due and because it showed up a week later than anticipated, they were very understanding and didn't deter or complicate anything for our excursion. Vicki, our driver, was an absolute doll. ..she had some recipes on things and she was kind to share with me!! She was fun! Also, Janet, shared the same Birthday as my sister, which was almost like it was meant to be. The day was beautiful, the whole experience was awesome! Thanks to this team at Destination...
