OBOBA TEA — Restaurant in Temecula

my sister and I would always order from here but not with the recent experience we had with the manager. we ordered on door dash and Justin who was working 6/24/24 forgot to put boba in my drink and it was literally just milk no thai tea flavor. The ice was not even blended and was chunks of ice. Ive literally had the thai tea musltiple tines refer to the picture. It does not look like anything. The avocado was sugar water. He was apologetic and stated we could come back and they would make it right. That he was soooo busy with the rush of orders. Because you are busy it doesn't give you the right to loose quality on what your customers pay for. I called today and she called me back stating the manager did not approve it and she refunded for $3 for the boba. The drinks were not drinkable! (i need to amend my last review simply because i don’t have the heart to keep it up) i personally know many people who work here and they are all so kind but the owner is no where near managing her employees in kind, respectful, or completely legal ways. she’s late on pay, changes shifts without warning, try’s to send people home once they get to work and are mid shift, gives weird breaks or just prevents them all together, has them working far later than when they legally can as minors ALONE in the store, and disrespects their time and work. i love the people who work here and they are kind and hard working- the owner is using the fact that they are teens that haven’t had a job before and are afraid to stand up for themselves to...

Checked this place out on a whim with my husband after being in the area and the moment we walked in it was very welcoming and the decor was awesomely comfy! We got their mixed fruit tea and their regular milk tea and it can be on the extremely sweet side so if you plan to go make sure you specify/ask if you can have your drink much less so. I heavily suggest their crepe cake as it was mad delicious- and the only place I know that serves it in the area that isn’t store-bought frozen. We were also recommended their Kimchi Fried Rice Cheese Ball so we’ll have to definitely try that the next time we go!
