Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Temecula

I went to this place Jack in the Box yesterday for lunch it took them 15 minutes how to get my food to me my fries are cold my food is called I tried to use the bathroom when I walked in there I looked and it was still piss all over the toilet and both bathrooms I told the one of the workers there that the bathroom you need to be clean that there was piss everywhere and all over the seats and toilet he said I'll get to it when I can no why do you say that because he's lazy manager heard me didn't tell him to go in and do it 20 minutes later when I'm eating my food comes up and says the bathrooms clean you could go and use it now 20 minutes later really now 50 minutes to get my food to me and cold with no apologies and when my order was given to me it was supposed to be inside the store not to go and I was supposed to be served to me on a tray not in a bag and not with the here you go that's it I'm sorry it took so long or anything just deal with it attitude I will never go to this place ever again and I do not recommend anybody to go to this particular Jack in the Box on Jefferson and Winchester in Temecula worst...

Went through the drive through today. There was a line in the drive through, so I patiently waited my turn. But was surprised by the lack of customer service. I asked to get grilled chicken instead of fried and was told I can not do any modifications to my sandwich or I would have to choose a sandwich that already had grilled chicken on it because they are short staffed....umm what?? I know it’s not Burger King but I didn’t realize I was asking for that much! And apparently he is the manager (Max). I pulled up to the window and the gal that took my money was very pleasant but then Max came to the window to hand me my food. Instead of handing it to me, he practically threw it at me as if I was the slow one. No smile, no have a nice day...just here here’s your food! Well let me tell you what...you got the order wrong (even though you took forever to take it) and the food was apparently just thrown in the bag (or maybe that is how you handled it)! Guess I’ll have to take my “modification”...

Only a third of the normal amount of condiments on my bacon double cheese smash burger. One small pickle slice, and a half teaspoon of onion topped with 1/3 teaspoon sauce. The meat and bun were good, but the lack of proper condiments was disappointing. All empty tables were dirty, and though I cleaned my own and dined in, the lobby cleaner slowwwly got around to dump trash and a few other options other than wiping off tables for next guests, or sweeping up massive amounts of hash browns and food trash under tables. Prices were high for the value. 95% of the attention to guests was directed to the drive through ( not really that busy either) and somewhat ignoring guests who came inside in person. I am hopeful it was just an off kind of day. I did get a nice response from the owner, so thank you, and yes I will...
