Been a customer for 5+ years. Place has become greedy and money hungry as of late. I had a shirt on hold at the end of the day, I came back the next day after calling to make sure that was okay, and they said yes they can hold the shirt. I came back the next day to see that they had re-priced the shirt from $32 to $79. I told them to call the owner, sally, because this is unethical to reprice the shirt so high just because I have paid high in the past for other items. After telling them to call, the girl went to the back for 5 minutes or so, came back out and said it was their mistake and that they thought it was one suites and it wasn’t that shirt, so they would honor the $32. Cool, we’re all good right? I thanked them and said no worries for the confusion. I came back the next day and they said they no longer want to do buisness with me becuase of a “situation” that happened. Nothing even happened....

I’ve been selling here for years (6 years to be exact)! You can get Trade Certificates if you sell here and I sold designer things here in exchange for one. Came to buy a bag and they said I could only use $100 of it since the word "designer" wasn’t written on the card…. Absolute B.S. Edited: After reading the reply from the owner I’d like to clarify a few things. I sold designer here in exchange for a trade certificate (Louis Vuitton bag, Versace sunglasses, Coach sunglasses, and a Coach bag among other things). I’ve been saving my trade certificates until there was something I wanted. In this case, it was the backpack. So for the word "designer" to not be written on the card when in fact I sold designer here, is the reason I’m so aggravated. This place use to be decent with good prices and good products. Well just like every theft/used clothing store the prices have gone up to ebay value or in some cases they are way over ebay value. Forget about the shoes. All the good shoes are over market value.

The selection is so redundant. You can go in 2 or 3 weeks later and it's still the same stuff. This souly reflects on the buyers having no clue what's in style or what is or isn't vintage. Their will be modern items in the vintage section and vice versa. You'll end up bringing in items that you know are in style and in season and be baffled why they bought a 2023 band tee and not a pair beautiful 80s flared jeans.
