Was looking for a great hat for my wife for an event. Other places in Scottsdale were overrun and understaffed with bachelorette parties. So glad we tried this place!!! Cal was extremely helpful and customized the perfect hat!! They also have great clothing options! Super impressed and will be back if we need anything else!

I had two suede cowboy hats that I needed reshaping. Several well-known western wear/hat/boot retailers wouldn’t touch them because they were suede. This place did take of my hats, and did a terrific job. The customer service was terrific, and I highly recommend coming here, whether to buy a hat or boots, or get your hat reshaped or customized (yes, they do that, too). The price for reshaping my hats was very reasonable....
