Sorry this is long. Two years ago I went to Little Paris in Goldendale. I had shoulder-length hair. I asked for an a-line bob, and stressed DO NOT cut the front. I also brought a picture, specifying LONG in front. ARIELLA (do not go to her if you visit that salon) grabbed the right front and chopped at a sharp angle from my shoulder to my eyebrow. I may include a pic later, to show what MARIAH had to work with. It was short (seemed to have stopped growing). Couldn't even pull it back. Hideous. Guess she thought she'd try "face framing". One salon in Portland that deals specifically with extensions would not touch it. MARIAH however saved the day. My extensions are seamless. No one can tell that they are extensions. She did a beautiful job. I no longer wake up angry and head for the mirror. Can wear a pony now too. I saw Jayden last Friday for a haircut and all-over blonde color — no highlights or lowlights, just a single even shade. The haircut was a long-to-short transformation, and I had a consultation a few weeks prior where she mentioned she’d book the morning for me. I came in with fairly blonde hair already and have never had issues lightening it in the past. I arrived at 9:00 AM, but the appointment lasted until after 8:30 PM. I wasn’t expecting it to take nearly 12 hours, and I wish there had been clearer communication ahead of time about the duration.

The color turned out about 90% of what I was hoping for — not perfect, but close. That said, I was surprised to be charged extra due to how long the appointment took, especially since the extended time wasn’t discussed in advance.

Jayden was kind and put in a lot of effort, but if you’re booking with her, I’d recommend being very clear upfront about time expectations and any potential additional costs. More transparency would have greatly improved...
