It's pathetic how generic the responses are from these apartment leasing agents... it's always the same thing "blah blah blah we are concerned, now you are gonna call me while I pretend to address the issue online since it was brought up online, here's my number I'm still being professional because I told you my pre-recorded message of how much I care about your stay here, but you're gonna call me because I'm calling you out and pretending to be in control here and professional." I think that if the issue was put online then you're not doing your job and you should be PROFESSIONAL and address it online like a normal person who's not bound by politics.. you just look stupid by basically threatening somebody to call you because you want to give an excuse to raise their rates ;) you won't address the issue online by an anonymous source because even if the issue they cite is true, you need an identity to blame because you don't know how to take real responsibility.
My issue here is how the apartments wifi sucks in the main room where it's supposed to be working well. Just because it has 3 bars doesn't mean you don't throttle the bandwidth, that is simply because you are a manipulative cheap apartments who are lazy and don't know true service. I also recommend that you either add another room to enable people to use the "free wifi" that you give out that SUCKS so that they can conduct business if they so choose to invite their business constituents over. There's no reason that all business should be conducted in one single room where everybody gets wind of your private and personal business. I don't care if the ceilings are 60 feet high, if after hours everybody is crammed into one room when people are being loud at the pool, some residents want to cook, some want to READ or simply BE LEFT ALONE, well they can't because you don't actually offer convenience and luxury, it's only a facade that is not centered around the resident who pays so much to be here. You lock your tiny little "business room" with a cheap tv in it after hours because why? if you think somebody will steal the tv then know your camera locations, I think it's impossible that somebody will steal your little tv, so why lock the room... it's almost like you're trying to force people to either buy their own internet or deny them the luxury that they paid for and I call it POOR MANAGEMENT & MANIPULATIVE TACTICS. So what say you? let me guess, call your number...
Read moreThis review is to bring to the attention of current and potential future residents the level of crime risk at Millennium Six Pines Apartments. You need to be aware for your personal safety, and for the security for your personal possessions. This is especially true for the parking garage.
Residents may notice a high frequency of police officer visits. Typically, at least two or three a week, and sometimes a lot more frequent. Many of these visits by police are residents filing a crime report.
Faced with ongoing crime, the building management and owners are currently passive. Clearly, it’s not in their interest to publicize or alert current or future residents to crime. Management will not place security cameras on all levels in the parking garage, because if they do, vehicle break-ins and theft become their problem. They’d much prefer they were your problem, your liability, your loss.
Since living here, I have seen or noted the following:
Two or three police visits sighted per week, and sometimes a lot more frequent.
Break-ins to vehicles parked in the “secure” garage. The garage has remote entry fob access, but this is not a barrier to criminals who operate inside the garage.
Vehicle parts thefts. Vehicles are not secure in the parking garage. For example, there is a pandemic of theft of certain types of vehicle parts across the US, which is evident here in The Woodlands. All apartment complexes in The Woodlands are being targeted. Be aware, you may be a victim of vehicle parts theft if you leave your vehicle parked overnight and be particularly alert over weekends.
Bicycle theft from the parking garage.
Armed Police SWAT team: over the recent Holiday period we saw eight to nine police vehicles in attendance outside the One Waterway apartment building. There were numerous police officers, some placing automatic assault-style weapons into their vehicles. As I have not been able to locate any online crime reports related to this incident, there’s a possibility it was a police exercise.
A male individual with a handgun seen at one of the access doors to One Waterway building on Timberloch Place, attempting to access the...
Read moreAVOID THIS PLACE AND SAVE YOUR MONEY!! Every negative review on here is 100 percent accurate! My boyfriend lived here so I would be over quite a bit. I’d like to start with Nichole texting my boyfriend ( took his phone number from his application) at 10 pm on a weekend and when he didn’t respond she apologized and said she thought he was a coworker... creepy... Then within the first week the plumbing on the toilet backed up and flooded THE ENTIRE apartment. Then, a couple months later in August the air conditioning went out and it took them TWO WEEKS TO FIX WITH OUR APARTMENT GETTING INTO THE 90’s. There are roaches EVERYWHERE no matter how clean you are. We were on the first floor and the patio furniture was ruined because the lawn crew blows the dirt from the sidewalk all into your deck. They said there were six security officers on duty at all times but they would only show up to kick you out of the pool 30 mins early at night and never to the drunks pounding on the apartment window. Since Nichole texted my boyfriend she had it out for me and I was confronted by her and the manager as to why I am here if I am not on the lease. After letting them know that I come to see my boyfriend and willing to prove I had my own townhome they told me I wasnt welcome. But said nothing about the RANDOM people who didn’t live there and parked on the street and walked through the leasing office in their bathing suits to the pool. The pool is over run by unattended kids who pull up chairs to the hot tub and do cannonballs , while their parents get wasted watching a game in the kitchen area. Also his apartment was by the leasing office and they never shut down the roaring parties that went on through the night. It is run so unprofessionally we had to wait for our security deposit to be completely done with before writing a review in fear that they would use this against us. There are so many other apartments available and I highly suggest you...
