The first thing to know about the new Thomas Markle Jeweler‘s location In the Woodlands is that It is not your average, run of the mill jewelry store, everything about it is a Memorable Experience! No expense was spared in the design And layout of the space—the combination of natural lighting , case lighting and overhead lighting Is unlike any other jewelry store I’ve ever encountered— providing you an almost surreal experience in viewing what seems like acres of opulence with beautiful gemstones, curated jewelry, and the menagerie of high-end Watches- from brands like Oris, Tudor, Grand Seiko, and Rolex, each with their own Uniquely designed and branded space. It kind of felt like the Disney World for adults! You also can’t downplay the amazing full service coffee/espresso/hot chocolate bar that my family and I took advantage of during our recent watch purchase experience. Everything here is decadent down to the cloth napkins that are throw away, beautiful drinkware,and delectable High-end confections served. In short, I was blown away. Dean is the sales associate I’ve been working with for the last several years Who, to his credit, took on a customer who like 99% of the rest of the world was waiting for a particular watch to come in that never did from Rolex due to well known market/manufacturing challenges. He and I would stay in touch periodically, And in recent weeks after viewing watches and wonders rollout from Tudor— The new white Opalescent Black Bay Pro caught my eye, and I reached out to him in the eventuality that should they get one in to please let me know. Dean was near immediate in his response and we coordinated time once I got back in from business travel that weekend to take a look. Dean turned the experience for my entire family into a spectacle in a great way! Not only was the watch I requested there, which is unheard of for those of you who know how Watches and rollouts with distribution typically work, But he also presented the full line of other watches that may have been an interest to me. This turned into a wonderful family event for my wife and boys as Dean invested his valuable time with us. Dean is a consummate sales professional, never pushy, but was appropriate In his suggestions and questions on timing and viability For purchases. Perhaps it was the combination of everything To the purchase of that watch, which is absolutely stunning— I blamed the amazing hot chocolate that I had that morning when stepping into the store freezing from the unusual cold front that snapped. That being said, I’m extremely appreciative for all of Dean‘s efforts, he’s an amazing sales person that I highly recommend. He was more interested in relationship with me for the last several years and ensuring that my needs were met versus just making a one time sale. Ultimately, the result couldn’t have been any better than it is. I highly recommend if you haven’t stopped in to Thomas Markle Jeweler’s to arrange some time with Dean and get a tour. Hands down… this is probably the most amazing experience I’ve ever had in a jewelry store. That being said, it’s hard to even call this place just a jewelry store!!! I have spent hundreds of hours over my lifetime shopping for watches, jewelry and cool status pieces mind you. These guys carry something for everyone! Five amazing watch brands… my favorite is Rolex personally. I was recommended to probably the coolest, sweetest and most knowledgeable sales persons I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting and working with. Shai is absolutely amazing and so upbeat and such a joy. No high pressure sales tactics whatsoever. She was with a customer already when I arrived (I did not have any particular appointment time scheduled). I very nice young man named Mario came over to me and introduced himself and shook my hand. He asked how he could help and I let him know I was there to meet Shai. He then asked me what I was wearing and then complemented my 2009 Rolex Daytona 116520 I was wearing. Flattery will get you everywhere… lol. He dud let me know that in addition to a coffee and beverage station they also had a full bar. I declined initially to him. I saw Shai excuse herself very professionally from her client, told me to just look around and/or sit and relax while she finished up. She also extended the invitation to me for beverages and also cocktails. I decided to accept her offer and got a single malt scotch with one of the big ice cubes. How sweet it was sitting and surrounded by all of the Rolex watches… life is good!!! Spoiler Alert!!! (Must of you probably already know this I’m sure). Most Rolex watches are not available immediately as they’re in high demand and very sought after. That being said, this just makes it that much sweeter when the watch of your dreams finally comes in. The good news is you can basically go by Thomas Markle daily, weekly or however often. Grab a coffee and biscotti or a scotch like I did complementary… lol. This store carries the best of the best… from Mont Blanc pens to S.T. DuPont lighters and such… I love this store!!! AMAZING!!! They have amazing jewelry too. If only I had someone to spoil. Made me miss having a wife or girlfriend actually… lol Shai was knowledgeable from watches, to pens, to lighters and everything. Get with Shai and if she’s not there get Mario. They treat you like a king or queen I’m guessing. But they will make you a VIP in there and this is not only amazing, but they would make you look and feel amazing especially if you’re taking your spouse or partner in there to buy them something special. Make life worth living and spoil yourself and the ones you love with the finer things in life… for both your loved ones and of course yourself. Thomas Markle is the absolute go to for this!!! Updated: My hats off to Michael Schantz! Upon walking in he greeted me with a firm handshake, took his time getting to know me before we discussed the purpose of my visit, listened to my needs and wants, and was able to show me several options from their selection. After visiting other sales associates and being treated poorly, Michael was a breath of fresh air and has been upfront, honest and conducts himself with integrity.

Michael contacted me to let me know a Rolex for my wife had arrived today. I showed up and Dean presented the timepiece to my wife and it could not have been better. She absolutely loves her new Rolex. Thank you to Michael, Dean and Thomas Markle for the amazing experience!

Update 2: Mike called me to let me know another timepiece from my list was available. Upon arrival, he, along with Shai of whom assisted Mike in getting this piece to me (shes awesome too) presented a flawless Rolex 126333 Datejust 41. Mike once again came through on his word and provided me an exceptional experience. Through my time of working with Mike, he has taken time to not only help me with my purchases, but he has also, on multiple occasions, spent time getting to know me and talk about my passion for timepieces. That leads to the next part of the story.

Update 3: Mike called me and once again let me know a timepiece on my list had arrived and was made available for me. However, he waited until I arrived to reveal which one. You see, Mike had been paying attention to our conversations and made mental notes on the pieces I spoke most about and committed, of his own volition, to get the piece I most highly coveted. He walked in with the green box and as he and Elaine , the boutique manager presented it (I truly enjoyed meeting her as well), I realized he had gotten me my number 1 piece. A Rolex 126710GRNR GMT II. To say I love this watch is an understatement. Black and Grey are so subtly beautiful on this piece and the second I saw it being released it became a must have. Mike worked for several months and was able to acquire this for me. He once again came through and provided the highest level of service.

In addition to my Rolex purchases, Mike has assisted me in several other pieces for my wife and a Grand Seiko for myself.
