Tenants please read as a forewarning 🚨 ‼️ Since 8/22/25 we’ve faced ongoing health and safety issues in our apartment- The Millennium Waterway Luxury Apartments located at 1 Waterway Avenue,The Woodlands, TX 77380. Property owner : Waterway Avenue Partners LLC & Howard Hughes) we have been exposed to verified lab report results-Toxic mold and exposure to toxic paint & bleach fumes. Which have affected our well-being and caused financial setbacks. Despite numerous emails and two certified letters sent to management, these problems remain unresolved. The mold remediation company they said was licensed was confirmed not licensed after verification with TDLR. Since 8/22/25 there has been no professional mold remediation and to date no bath tub available to safely shower or bathe in. Management offered a 2nd floor transfer even while the elevator was out of service, and that unit also had visible mold. Two other units were mentioned but never shown. The constant back-and-forth, medical concerns, and time off work have resulted in real financial and health burdens.Common areas often have trash, pet waste, cockroaches and strong dog urine odors. Exterior door key fobs and parking remain unreliable, especially during events. Multiple residents report the same issues—these are ongoing, not isolated, problems that require serious attention.We love the area and that’s why we moved to the Woodlands, but it has been a nightmare living through these unresolved conditions. A complete nightmare! 🔥 Fire sprinkler heads covered with tape-removed only after I had The Woodlands Fire Marshall personally ask them to remove the tape weeks after move in. Unknowingly we had been cooking and eating in a kitchen that has toxic mold while inhaling paint fumes from a resurfaced bathtub. “Cleaning” dishes in a moldy dishwasher that kept leaking water. Bandaid repairs and absolute disregard for their tenants. Upon move in we left 3 maintenance requests and 3 voicemails alerting them to the mold seen and the strong paint fumes! No one checked on us. When we went in person and spoke to management since no one reached out we were told 5 days later by the previous manager that she was just about to reach out to us. I asked why my messages on the portal had been deleted. I took screenshots of my maintenance reports...

November 14, 2024. It's a very nice area where I come here jogging or walking. I am a woman, peaceful minding my own business, and yes. I dress conservative, yet the construction/maintenance workers are constantly harrasing me. These are just some of the examples. Some are following me around in those moving carts, or lawn carts and I am using my phone to listen to my music while jogging/walking yet I am alert of these individuals. It's very sad that i come here to this beautiful area to work out and distress yet I constantly have to be alert in survival mode because they scare me how they act. They are so primitive. Yelling and making noises at me like they never seen a woman working out before. It's very uncomfortable feeling harrased and followed by these disgusting...

Gorgeous and I'm always shocked more people aren't out. From the boat house and Towne Green to the twinkle light tree-lined walkways you'll find a koi pond, bridges with neon lights and mosaics, a xylophone, benches, and eventually get to the green area with a splash pad and concession stand near the stage for live music and light up fountains. It is a nice time! Lots of great restaurants lining the way and often they have music on the speakers by the green and fountain and splash pad.
