I have not been in a Rocket Fizz for a loooong while. Probably a good time to relive my little green youth of pranking friends with unmarked sodas to new friends and betray their trust! Always a good time, I promise!

So the place has really not changed much as a company from my younger days, straightforward novelty shop centered around sodas and candy. All that is probably for the best, as it has probably been what has kept it going for this long.

Got a couple Green Rivers for nostalgia sake, and weird soda flavors like corn for the novelty. They really do taste like bubbly corn, so I suggest drinking those at your own risk. Though, they were out of my favorites; Birch beer.

The staff was pretty apathetic and dismissive about my inquiry if they will get any more. Sucks, cause I won't plan a visit back unless I can get a few...

On 12/19/24 I called to see if they had still had a cardboard standup and talked to a clerk that goes by "O". he said they didnt but would check with manager to see if they could get one. Took my info and called back within the hour and said store manager would bring one down from another store. On 12/20/24 "O" called and said they have it in store. Patrick drove from Parker to Thornton to make sure i got my standup. I feel that both O and Patrick went ABOVE AND BEYOND so i could get a Christmas gift. Hopefully the right people will read this and give them the recognition they deserve. Thank you very much O...

I was planning on coming to see if they had anything new, but was immediately greeted with an older employee yelling and cursing at a younger employee. I believe it was the manager, she was an older lady with brown curly hair. Not sure who decided to put this angry lady in charge, but I will not be coming back. That lady was actually awful and very unprofessional, I hope that employee finds a better job with a better manager.
