I was met at the door with kind smiles and welcoming people. I made an apppointment to see if they could fix my ring at the last second as a last resort. My wedding is this Saturday and my stone came lose and fell out this week (horrible timing). I asked them to see if they could fix it, unfortunately they could not fix it there on spot. They went over options with me and ultimately we came up with a solution due to the timeframe of the ring needed. I was able to switch the ring for the same exact ring I started with and pay for the warranty on the new ring. I had such a great experience at Kay's Jewelry! The manager (I believe she was the manager — she was there every time I visited) was absolutely outstanding. She went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I wanted at the best possible price and never tried to upsell me. You can tell she truly cares about her customers and takes pride in her work. She was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable — every question I had, she answered with confidence and honesty. We came in for a wedding band. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by the store manager, Mrs. Zen. She was so helpful. She immediately knew where the matching band was for my engagement ring and gave me an array of other options that matched my preferences. She showed us clearance and regular price bands. We purchased the band that day. She had extensive knowledge of the warranty and check-out procedure. All-around great experience! Highly recommend this store.
