This is a 5 star RV Park for exactly what it is. For overnight it is perfect.

First - the RV Park itself. Very large/long pull-throughs and the sites are surprisingly wide. Some of the sites have sewer placement that works but is not optimal for Motorhomes as the sewer is toward the back of the site. However, for those with 5th wheels or travel trailers that placement is excellent. There are many sites where the sewer is closer to the middle or where you would more easily reach it from a motorhome that was towing and not disconnecting the toad. The sites are concrete and level!! And each has plenty of grass space. Wifi worked very well. No cable - which seems odd to me when planning a new facility like this and installing all the underground utilities - why not have cable tv and at the price of a site for a night I think it could be included without raising the rates which are pretty pricey for a park without any amenities (thus “overnight”). The dog run is nice - quite large and grassy. One review I read stated that it was a joke that restaurants were within a 5 minute walk. Well - they are and I’m not a fast walker. I walked from site #20 to Sonny’s BBQ in almost exactly 5 minutes. The walk to Wendy’s would be the same and maybe another 30 seconds added on for Olive Garden and maybe a minute more if that for LongHorn Steakhouse. Now - 2nd: The reservation system: DON’T SCREW IT UP!!! (Like I did). This is online only! And to try to change a reservation or cancel one - good luck! So - I made a reservation on Sunday night 8 pm of Memorial Day weekend for the next day - Monday. I had gone back and forth looking at sites to pick one and when I finally made my selection - I had forgotten to change the date back and make the reservation for the current day instead of the following day! BIG MISTAKE! So - I called the # listed and got a voice mail. I looked and looked for a way to change/cancel to no avail. Finally went on their FB page and sent a message and amazingly about an hour later - 9:30 on a Sunday night - I got a response from this amazing woman - Meghan - who got in touch with her Ops team and got my SNAFU fixed. Just be aware - make sure that your reservation is exactly what you want it to be to save yourself and the invisible management a major headache. Note to management: Please put an overhead photo of park with lot #s. It would be helpful to be able to see where sewer hookups are. All...

We stopped by here for an overnight stay escaping the brutal Florida heat. The park has easy access to the interstate and a ton of food options nearby. We received the gate code the day prior to our reservation and had no issues during our stay. Every site is an easy pull through with a nice concrete pad. The sites aren't super close to one another so you won't be hearing your neighbors TV. Connection locations vary depending on your site. Our sewer was at the back portion where others were a lot closer to the power and water spigot. No biggie but be prepared as you may need additional sewer line. We had no issues with any utilities and it was a very nice and quiet evening. The park is fenced and requires an access code to get in so we felt safe. The park is a little expensive and it would have been nice to have a picnic table to sit at outside. Overall not a bad overnight stop and one we will...

We registered online, in short order we received an email from the park with all our booking info and access codes. A short time later we got a call from the RV park office making sure we had everything we needed. The gentleman was polite and informative.

The is a no frills park. It is a gated space with 40 - 50 pads. The good stuff. It is new, clean, level and plenty roomy. All pull through pads with 50/30/15 amp hookups. Water system is new and shiny. The sewer hookup is new (not gonna say it’s shiny). I appreciate the fact water and electric are away from the sewer, keeps everything nice and tidy.

Typical fast food, a few restaurants, hotels and gas near by. Nothing fancy but good enough.
