Whats the deal with fast food places now days?...Where do i startwith this location.??Food was good... BUT.... We could only use the drive thruwhich wasnta big deal until after going thru the drive thru...The lady taking our order could not hear or understand our order and kept telling us to wait a minute after she asked to take our order...we had to eventually scream our order so if she couldnt hear it at the speaker there would be no doubt that she xould hear it at the window. There were 2 drive thru lines and the other was backed up but moving faster than the one we were in with only 2 cars in it. Im guessing she was having a hard time undertanding everyone that came thru the "short fast lane". Once we recieved our order we pulled over inthe parking lot to eat since the dining room was locked up and we were traveling. Upon inspection of our order 2 items were missing. This is wh where the dining room became a big deal. I went to go inside to tell them but with the doors being locked and unable to gettheir attention we had ro go bak thru the drive thru. We had time to eat the portions of our meals that we did recieve while again....waiting in the drive thru.....once we explained to them the mistake we told to pull tothe window...once we got to the window we were handed a bag and told it was all there...after pulling out of the way instead of blocking the drive thru..we oulled over again to finish our meal only to find that it was in fact not all there...so I paid for something i did not get...since i was 10 hrs from home and already wasted 45 minutes at a "fast food" restaurant...insteaf of going thru the drive thru again i juat decided to write this review....i hope it helps...
Read moreWe stopped by because it said dine in was opened. We got there and of course, it was not. So, we went ahead and pulled around to go through drive thru. Wish we would have just went somewhere else. I ordered two items but the others in the truck couldn't see the board so I told the girl taking my order that I was back in up a little so they could see the order board. I ordered one item and they were still looking and she goes...what else. I told her they were looking. Then as I ordered the next item, she yet again goes, what else. After the third time I was ready to drive off. Give a person time to order when you misadvertise that you're open and you're not. Don't rush people when they are ordering. Give them an opportunity to look at the board, which is not at a good height for customers to see. No one was in line behind us so we can't figure out why we were being rushed. When we got our food, we went through the bags to make sure our food was all in there. You opened the drive thru window and pretty much snapped at us, is everything alright??!! We are traveling so I wanted to make sure everything we ordered was there since you had my money already. We have had too many orders given through drive thru a that have not been complete when we have gotten home or on the road to start eating.
Got to where we could stop and eat and there's maybe a drop of ranch dressing on both bacon wraps. Barely a bite of cheese on one of them. It looked like some spilled out of the other one on top of that one.
This location is on our, don't visit...
Read moreMy family and i were the only people in line, and had to repeat our order 4 times. We were patient and polite, despite the multiple repetitions of each individual order. All i asked for on my burger was cheese and ketchup, and my dad asked for everything on his. Both of ours only had cheese. They didn't even give us any ketchup packets! They gave us 5 napkins. Five. Napkins. When we have two messy kids in the back that they could obviously see at the window, luckily their orders were good and they're happy. My mom's quesadilla barely had any cheese on it, which is crazy because it's called a QUESAdilla. Cheese is in the name. The shakes were also too thick to even be able to use the straws they gave us, but they sure didn't give us any spoons! Now i would have loved to assume that they were just understaffed, but three different people asked us if we were ready to order when we asked them to give us a minute. Which, i get it, i've worked in fast food too. But goodness is it so hard to wait 4 minutes for us to figure out what we want? Our girls were indecisive, as kids are, and i get that it's frustrating. But at least we didn't drag it out by ordering before everyone knew what they wanted. The staff seemed like lovely people, so i hope this was just a bad day on their part. But i know we won't be coming back...
