Waffle House — Restaurant in Georgia

Where do I begin? When we came in all the open tables were in the same section and all three were dirty. Our server (I think her name was Dora) asked what we wanted to drink. Water and sweet tea. The COOK brought us a coffee and sweet tea. Not what we ordered. After we finally ordered, it was terrible. I ordered a plain waffle, the 2 egg breakfast (scrambled) with toast and plain hashbrowns. The person I was with ordered a pork chop dinner (cooked under the dome), no hash browns, and scrambled eggs with cheese. Well about 15 minutes later I got a nearly burnt waffle. The server walked up and held out my food and just stood there. I had to take my food from her. Really? About 10 or 15 minutes later I get my hash browns, eggs, and toast. It was supposed to be a large hashbrown. They made one hashbrown, burnt it, then made a second one and set it on top and that's how I got it. I couldn't eat half of them because it was rock hard. The eggs smelled like raw fish for whatever reason. I was done with my waffle well before I got my eggs and hash browns. And halfway down with my hash browns before my partner even got his food. He was handed two burnt pork chops, only salt and peppered on one side instead of both as he requested. He was given hash browns which he stated he did not want when we ordered. When the server set our plates down she just kind of tossed mine onto the table so that it clanked loudly. My partner's tea was empty for nearly 20 minutes before she just picked it up refilled it and set back down and walked off. My water was NEVER refilled. And we never were asked if we wanted a refill. The table behind us, the server yelled from behind the counter FOUR times re asking them what their order was. The couple in front of us left and she never cleaned their table. A family came in with nowhere to sit. She said "you want a booth?" And they said please. She cleaned the table off and when they thanked her she said yep. While she was walking away already. She THEN came to our table and asked could she get our plates. We said yes so she took them. Then she comes and takes our drinks and after she starts walking off with them asks if we are done with them!!!!! And left her rag on our table!! Seriously???? So we decided to leave and when my partner goes to pay she never even wrote up our ticket and made another employee add it up!!! My partner said she got am attitude with that employee as well as with the cook when he told her to pick her food up to serve. She never once smiled or made any eye contact with anyone. Her tone was extremely rude as well as her behavior. Regardless of the food, we will never go back there solely because of her. Her attitude ruined everyone's experience there tonight and her lack of communication with the cook had multiple orders put very out-of-whack and incorrect. And definitely not good quality food as a result. Someone like that should NOT be working with the public. I have never received such horrible service before EVER. Ever ever. It was unbelievable. I've lived all of over the country and visited more waffle houses than I can count. This was by far the absolute worst service I have received in the nation. Our server, Cynthia, acted as if me and our party of 7 were a burden as soon as we walked in the door. Our orders / checks were split in a group of 3 and a group of 4. In the middle of our group of 3 order, she stopped in order to deliver food to 2 different tables. We had asked for her to put the bacon in as soon as we ordered so it would come out the same time as our waffles / rest of our meals. No such luck. The group of 4 waited almost 15 minutes for drinks (she forgot about them) my fiance had ordered bacon with her meal as well. Our server completely missed it. And when we brought it up "ma'am, I am missing the bacon for my meal" the server responded with a "well what would you like?" ... we would like the bacon we are paying for... if you thanked her for something, there was no "you're welcome" however we received several "oks" if you ever go to this location, good luck if you get cynthia...

If there was a choice to leave 0 stars I would. We sat at a table that needed wiping down and the waitress or manager spoke loud enough food for us to hear her telling another employee in a disgusted manner saying why are them people sitting at a nasty table. First of all, all the tables were nasty. We sat at the bar at first and got tired of looking at the hashbrowns all over the floor and waffle mix all down the cabinet. So we figured we'd still eat there but would rather not look at the mess so we sat at a booth with no dishes on it thinking they would just come wipe it. We sat there for 10 mins waiting on someone to take our drink order or welcome us to waffle House but that never happened. As Soo as I heard her say that I got up told my husband we're leaving and confronted her, but she pretended to ignore me so we left.
