Ollie's in Tifton, GA, I highly recommend visiting this store. Firstly, the customer service is excellent, the selection of products is vast, and the overall displayed presentation of the merchandise was organized. This store has an abundance of inventory that other stores I have visited could not equate. Jazeera customer service etiquette is a 10. Her presentation was pleasant and helpful. She was communicative engaging in customer focused discussions, not just the banal. "Did you find everything you were looking for?" She presented to genuine about the person, not just engaging with the atypical customer. Jazeera provided positive comments about one of my purchases. Her demeanor is authentic, invoking conversations about projects and suggested inventory needs and directing me in locating something that may be of assistance. I just wasted two hours of my life driving from Valdosta to Tifton, GA where Ollie’s advertised a large model car sale in its sale paper beginningJune 9th. When I arrived there was not the first model in the store. When the employee, Ashley, was asked about it, she said that they were still on the truck sitting at the store, and would not even be unloaded until the next day at 3PM. She said that I could come back then, and they might be unloaded. I note that this is 4 days after they were to be for sale. My wife mentioned that we had made the trip from Valdosta just for this item. She not only didn’t say she was sorry for their failure, she acted like she was doing me a favor just answering my question, and started talking to another employee while we were still talking. If I could get a number to call Ollie’s to tell them about this, I would. I’ll just say for the recorded that hell will freeze over before I step back into...

I've never been to an Ollie's before. It was similar to many other types of bargain stores. The only complaint I really had was the checkout process. I was talking to several people in line and there's always a line of like 15 to 20 people with maybe one or two cashiers. It was a really long wait just for a couple of items from my mother in rehab center for her memory. But other than that it was a nice store with decent prices and a great selection. I just I would definitely say they need to be a little more alert to customer service and checking people out. They could probably get more...
