I placed a graduation invitation order online between 2 and 3 this afternoon. I paid the express fee of around $10 to have the order done today by 6:30pm. When I was done placing the order, I was driving and running errands until I arrived at the store in Tifton, GA. I live nearly an hour from the store. When I got to the store to check and see if the order was ready early, I was asked if I got an email that said it was done. I said no and proceeded to check my email only to find that the print lady had sent me an email requesting a print release and saying the order would not be done today. She had left the store around an hour earlier. The nice man working the print counter called and texted with her to see if it could get done today and she said no. He then proceeded to call the general manager to see if he could walk him through the process. He wouldnāt answer the phone or text back. I finally called Staples customer service and got ahold of someone who was trying to walk him through the process of how to print the invitations for me. The general manager called his cell phone while he was on the store phone with the customer service lady and he wanted to talk to me. He proceeded to say that it was a federal law and they couldnāt print until they had the print release form. I told him they should have given me a call, because I was unable to check my email. He told me they would give me a brochure that explained about copyright release and I told him I probably wouldnāt be using them anymore after this because this is ridiculous. He was very defensive of his worker and not very helpful. He told me the guy here was doing everything he could and I understand that and appreciate it. Ramon was nothing but helpful the entire time I was here. In my opinion, he should be the general manager, because he was willing to help where the GM was rude and defensive and tried to explain away the fact that they dropped the ball on getting my order done. I told him if there was a print release requirement, then there needed to be a place online for it to be submitted before checkout, because it is stupid to pay express fees and not get your stuff printed when you expect it. I told him that at other places that require a print release, they print the order and require the release before they give you the order. He said that they were breaking the law. So be aware that they wonāt do what they say they will do when you pay extra for it to be done! Do better STAPLES!! Oh, and by the way, I am the photographer and the one who created the invitations, so the copyright is mine and it is in my power to print the pictures according to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreKelcie at print center is rude. She wouldnāt assist one set of customers but went and helped someone who came in after them. I have used staples for print jobs since 2015 and they just lost a loyal customer. Spoke with GM Earl and conversation wasnāt productive. Very poor customer service and borderline laziness. Needed 3 pages printed in black and white wanted us to use āfull-serviceā and get in a day or 2. Had the code that theyāve now turned into a āself-serviceā but wouldnāt even come around to help. In addition for those that donāt know, they REQUIRE you to use your debit card and then hold $5 for a less than $1 print job. No...

All the times Iāve had it done in Macon⦠they werenāt even close to as nice as these. The extra effort and attention to detail goes a long way!!! Iāll be back to buy some...
