First want to give a shout out to Shannon, one of the best saleswomen I’ve met. She was knowledgeable & knew the answer to all of our questions, was patient, & not at all pushy. She contributed to making the experience a positive feel-good one.

We came in for the Sactionals (their sectionals). My wife & I have been to many furniture stores looking for sectionals & didn’t fall in love with any of them. But we fell in love with everything about the Sactionals! To the comfort, linen variety, easy assembly & take down, to the fact that all linens can be machine washed. The only con is of course the price, but everything else makes it worth it.

Purchased The LOVESAC from the Torrance, CA store in November 2023. Michael was an expert on the couch and so professional he won my husband over! We received our couches in less that 2 1/2 weeks while in text contact with Michael giving us updates and answering all questions. The couches came in perfect condition, made so well and look so classy yet so very comfortable! Had one slight issue and as soon as I told the Store it was rectified in a week…during the holidays!!! The sales woman showed very little interest basically I told her I had already had an idea of what I wanted from the website . She walked over to the back wall pointing at the fabrics she showed me the one of them Told me if I had a pet that I didn't want the other.

Basically didn't try to be a sales person or anything else. I tried to get conversation she said she bought a different couch before getting the job. That was about it.
