I had a very sad interactions the day that I went. I had never been at this store mind you and this was the impression that I got. The day I went I was looking around at all the cool collectibles when one of the staff members approached me. She asked the person I was with as well as myself if I wanted to participate in a spin the wheel to try and win a labubu. My friend did not get it but I did, the staff member then turns around and goes to the other staff member stating that I won and was so kind enough to give it to some other random person since they had lost and really wanted it. I personally wanted it for myself to collect but I was robbed of a labubu. I can’t believe the audacity to go up to my face and say I won and hand it over to a complete stranger...

----- PLEASE READ BEFORE GOING---- Its a nice and friendly shop for collectors of all sorts but for NEW buyers who are entering this hobby , please note that alot of these products are marked up and autographed products are insanely overpriced. I suggest going to Chalice Collectibles in the same mall which has the same products at a more reasonable retail price. A lot of these products have been marked up between 20-80% of their original value 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 please look out for staff/manager ANDRES he is very pushy in getting you to buy stuff and will make it sound like its a great offer but once you compare its value online you'd rather just shop straight from the source instead...

I went to top canvas on a Wednesday not expecting to find any Sonny angels because they’re so hard to find nowadays. When I walked in I was immediately greeted by an associate named Angel and he was super helpful! The moment he knew I was looking for Sonny angels, he showed me everything they had! I ended up taking two Sonny angels and a collectors Sonny Angel which was cool! He was super dope and just made the whole Sonny Angel experience better! Customer service was 10/10 and I’ll be back for more Sonny...
