Dear Pandora Customer Service,
My mother and I have always loved Pandora and its elegant jewelry. On October 9, 2025, around 7:00 PM, we visited one of your stores after noticing a “Buy 2, Get 1 Free” promotion while passing by. I had just finished gardening, so we were dressed quite casually that day. Unfortunately, this seemed to influence the way one of your staff members treated us.
At first, the first sales associate who greeted us was very kind and welcoming. However, another staff member who later assisted us made us feel uncomfortable. She looked at us from head to toe with a judgmental expression. When my mother wanted to take a closer look at a necklace, the employee responded as if touching the jewelry was inappropriate.
When my mother gently held the necklace to see it better, the staff member immediately reached out to take it back, as if she suspected we might run off with it. This behavior was deeply hurtful and made us feel disrespected.
Later, when we wanted to see some earrings priced at around $50, the staff allowed us to try them on without issue. But when we looked at another pair priced around $100, we were suddenly told that trying them on was not allowed. This inconsistency, combined with the employee’s attitude, made us feel as though we were being judged for not looking “wealthy” enough.
Finally, when we went to pay, my mother forgot the PIN for her debit card. The cashier seemed visibly annoyed, sighing and pursing her lips. But as soon as the transaction was completed successfully, she smiled as if nothing had happened.
It was a very disappointing shopping experience. We understand that Pandora has many customers, but every customer deserves to be treated with respect, regardless of how they look or what they wear.
At first, the red-haired employee who greeted us was very friendly and sweet. She even encouraged us to look at more products. Her warmth made us feel appreciated and happy.
However, then another employee came to assist us she was the one wearing the most jewelry that day and her attitude made us feel uncomfortable. She looked us up and down with an appraising look. When my mother wanted to look closely at a necklace, she acted as if touching the product was not allowed.
We sincerely hope that Pandora management will review this incident you may check the store’s camera footage on October 9, 2025, around 7:00 PM to understand what happened. We still admire Pandora’s jewelry and craftsmanship, and we only wish for better customer service in the future so that no one else has to experience the same kind of...
Read moreMy sister and I went in to get our bracelets cleaned, to look for stoppers and to see what they could do about a charm that was broken. They cleaned our bracelets and they looked great. We moved on to finding a stopped. The said they are on bracelet through out the store. So we looked. We asked to see one and they pulled out a whole tray of stoppers. I said are those all stoppers, can we see that? She said I can't take it out...I was like what, can I take a picture of it , because she wants a stopped. So I took my sad picture and we looked at a bunch of them. I understand that it is covid, that is fine but at least pull the tray out and put in behind the glass so we can see what you have. We also asked about the broken one. It was a 2020 Christmas gift about a year old. Our brother bought it in San Diego...and the girl was like I can't find there name with that charm on so we can't do anything.... Very disappointed in the lack of...
Read moreThe customer service at this location is lacking, but I believe it stems from the store manager. The store manager assisted me and unfortunately, she has a condescending attitude. I felt extremely uncomfortable with the way she was communicating with me that I left the store and purchased my charm online. I went into the store because I was having a challenging time finding a charm online for my mother that was available for pick up at this location. However, instead of enjoying the shopping experience I felt, rushed and humiliated. I believe that sometimes there can be miscommunication but the manner that you express yourself makes a difference in how your comment is taken. In my opinion, and after reading many reviews it looks like this store location needs to address retraining their store manager in quality customer service skills so the team members can provide better service as well. I love Pandora but will be purchasing online...
