Ardene — Local services in Town of Clarkstown

If I could more than 5 stars I would. The items at Ardene are such good quality and the rewards program and in-store sales are amazing ( which I really appreciate in this economy) But my real reason for writing this review is to highlight the AMAZING store manager, Alexis. She was nothing short of amazing at helping me with an issue I was having with a previous purchase. She went above and beyond to help me. I will come back to that store not only for the great clothes and prices but because she displayed quality customer service. I came out smiling from ear to ear and wanting to tell everyone I know to shop there. If there’s a position higher than store manager at the Palisades Mall location, please consider her for it....

The customer service at Ardene is excellent. I have needed assistance from several employees and they have always been helpful and informative. And they treat me and my daughter and my husband with great respect. I think the prices at Ardene are a little high, but the deals are really good. Simple as this, I came with my wife all the way from Jersey City to do shopping, the place shows the operation hours today Friday is from 10am to ? but then is 10:54am and still closed, what is this???? I hope someone from help center or the manager knowledge...
