I went yesterday for a few hours to beautiful tarrytown looking to have a good time with my Wife , mother and Sister . I’m a Soccer fan and Unfortunately I went inside this Store and my family came with me. And we had the Worst costumer Service experience ever with the owner. This person was annoying, disrepectul and rude attendant. We did nothing wrong and he kicked us out of the store and locked the Door in our face and then opened the door back again for other costumers a few minutes later . I think what made him lose his mind is that he thought I was looking online for some stuff he had at the store and I would buy online and not from him . I said this because at some point he mentioned “ Are you looking online to Buy IT “ I don’t think nothing wrong if I was doing that , as a Costumer I have the right to invest my money in the best options I Have . But The only thing I did was look for information on Google of a team that I saw a cool shirt in the store. I have over 300 soccer jerseys, Ive traveled to 7 different countries for soccer games and Ive been to the world cup Final , my tattos are soccer related and this shirt was designed by a tattoo artist according to the owner of this Shop, so I just wanted info about the team. Sorry it that irritated you that much to treat a Man and his family like that . My Sister is recovering from a relapse in her health, she has Lupus and has been unable to go out, and everything can affect her so I decided to not say a Word to this Man and go.

Zero stars. Weve been to this shop a few times, yesterday was different my SIL had been sick for a while and unable to go out. My husbands first language is not english so unless its conversational and he is focused he is not really paying much attention, specially if he is surrounded by soccer jerseys. The owner answered a question about a shirt my husband liked and we continued to look around, my MIL, SIL and I. My husband then googled about the team and the owner proceeded to literally SHOVE us out the door after making a lame, salty comment “oh youre looking to buy the shirt online” to which my husband kind of ignored because he was clueless this man was trying to be an immature, confrontational, salty business owner until we got kicked out. His excuse was that he had to go up the block a few mins. At least next time own up to ur stupidity and confront people like a man. Oh and all of this happened in front of who I assume was his mother. Putting the pieces together, we understood that he assumed my husband was comparing prices online to which even if he was he is allowed to, but to kick a family out of your small business on a Saturday morning is ridiculous, you...
