Hermès — Local services in Town of Hempstead

I have shopped in Hermes in many countries but the treatment I got in this store was not Hermes level. I have purchased the pair of sandals in UAE and came by to see if I could exchange it for a smaller size. They can only do that within 30 days window, which I didn’t know about and that’s fine, I wouldn’t oppose, of course, policy is the policy. However, the gentleman that approached me, was not friendly at all, with such a bad attitude like if I came to his home or something. It didn’t feel good. Also he said oh your sandals are dirty etc etc you wore them and now want an exchange. I haven’t worn them except for the day when I tried them on, in the store on the day of the purchase, but you can’t win. But anyways, he took them and went to the back I guess to talk to someone else. Meantime another lady, a sales person comes out, goes straight to me saying “omg you have gorgeous eyes”, the gentleman that helped me comes back out too and she realized I wasn’t the person she was supposed to help and she just said “oh, you’re not my customer, huh” The feeling I got from these people in the store was very bad, everything felt pretentious, even if I didn’t know the return/exchange policy, the store shouldn’t make you feel like you don’t...

Huge fan of hermes for their classic sophisticated style. It's not flashy but those who know know. Everything i have from hermes is always of high quality and last for years and years, not matter how often i use it. This store is more boutique style. However the people that work here are some of the kindest people out of all the hermes stores that i have visited around the world. Kerry is my preferred SA and top recommendation if you're looking for a good sales associate. She is amazing, personable and kind. She always makes you feel seen and like you matter. You're not just another customer to her. She really goes out of her way to get to know you and help you find what works best for you. Having an SA who understands you and looks out for your best interest is top tier customer service and is absolutely priceless. We always have a fantastic experience with her. Five stars is simply not enough for the exquisite customer service that Hermes Rosevelt field gives there clients I have been shopping with a brand for a while, and I have to stay at the store in particular is absolutely my favorite. The best part of this store is my sales associate Anna. She always goes above and beyond for me to make sure that every time I’m in she makes magic happen Throughout this past year. I would love to come in and buy gifts for my mom. Anna would make sure everything was absolutely perfect. She would go above and beyond to find me different things at different locations. She even had my best friends engagement gift shipped straight to her house. It was Absolutely perfection! The service here is beyond five stars, but I’m so thankful to have met Anna.
