Store is very well displayed. Makes you want to buy everything!! LOL. Upon entrance, a staff member did NOT greet, not even a smile, but I made it a point to greet her. I intentionally did it to give her a nice "tip" that she should greet all, regardless of whether or not you think someone will purchase. It is a complete turn off to make an indirect assumption. I understand customer service can be rough, but it is important to remember that your representation is crucial to the face of a company. However, another staff member, was quite the opposite. She came out from the back and was very friendly, so she didnt take notice of what happened. She greeted us with a smile and asked if there was anything I was looking for. Of course, for this visit, I was looking for the hand cream (LOVE IT). She was too happy to assist and was extremely knowledgeable when it came to the products overall. She provided EXCELLENT customer service. Perhaps she knows the other staff member isn't receptive, one can only guess, but she was a total breath of fresh air, very witty, very sweet....extreme opposites. She made a nice "save." Otherwise, I don't think I would ever revisit this store because of that...

Beware employees running credit card scams at this location!! Will tell you the card did not “go through” and ask you to try again, only for it to “fail” again and ultimately ask you for cash. Days later, the multiple charges WILL post on your credit card (and you’ll be out your cash paid in store too) . When you call the store and tell them they charged you multiple times, they will ask you to show a receipt they never gave you in the first place for the unauthorized additional charges. Karen was unhelpful, and either ignorant or in on it. Fortunately Amex has my back. Stay away from this location, order online if you must buy from this...

Went in to buy a body wash, I have used it before and knew i loved it, and to find something new. I usually order online but I was in the mall so I thought it would be more convenient. When I went in with my daughter, the store was not very packed but the staff refused to help us. They looked at us as if we weren't up to their standards and gave such an attitude as if we were just wasting space in their store. I'm going to go back to brands I used prior as they have not...
