I had no experience at the Loft. It was about 430pm and I walked in and an associate was up front facing me folding clothes, she didn't acknowledge me or welcome me. I walked through the store, to find 3 employees gathered at the register heavily involved in a conversation in Spanish. Not one acknowkedged they had a customer in the store. One girl was on a ladder stocking the rack with clothes. Two of the employees at the register moved to the front of the store because I've was leaving. As I walked by then to leave, one said bye. No one said hi, how can they help me, nor can they help me look for something. I've been visiting this Loft from what it was in the source mall, then moved you Roosevelt Field mall, for over 11yrs, and I've never been ignored like this....EVER. it turned me off, and I choose not to purchase there. Read moreThe cashier is a thief! I went to the store to pick up clothes I ordered online. My order had four items available for pickup, but I only took two. The cashier took the other two—she didn’t give me a receipt or ask me to sign anything. After leaving the store, I received a pickup confirmation email showing all four items had been collected. I immediately went back, but the cashier was gone. Another cashier helped me and checked their system, where they found a pickup "signature" that wasn’t mine. That dishonest cashier stole the two items I didn’t take! Luckily, I noticed right away and went back to resolve it—if I’d left, no one would’ve helped me. Everyone should avoid this store—I never expected a big chain like LOFT to have such a thief....
