Michael Kors — Local services in Town of Hempstead

Can't even give any type of rating cause, I wasn't approached or greeted when I walked in, and this woman was just looking on the computer and just staring at the computer and didn't even notice me until 5-8 minutes of me browsing around. She was very unprofessional and just talked too much. She was very loud and obnoxious, she didn't know when to close her mouth and she kept on insisting on her opinions. I feel like she is BSing about everything so that she can get me to buy something after the fact, that she didn't approach me for 5-8 minutes. I believe she said her name was Felicia and she was annoying me throughout the whole experience. My Michael Experience was horrendous and would never shop at this store again. I had to give at least a star to input this, but I would give it a negative 10 stars!!!!!!!! If you do go shopping at Michael Kors in Roosevelt Field Mall, just buy it online cause there are more options that this store didn't have and you don't have to deal with the squeaking...

I bought some Ballet Flats the other day at this store. Samantha, the adorable sales woman, was SO patient with me and soooo kind! She made sure the shoes i had fit no matter how many different sizes i tried on, she got me the price for whatever i needed, didn't make me feel rushed, and she let me try on as many things as i wanted. I had a great experience because of her. I went in unsure if I wanted to buy but her amazing salesmanship sold me on my purchase happily. If you shop here ask for Jeremy - he put a smile on my face from the moment I spoke to him on the phone to when I came in and bought the beautiful bag he put on hold for me. ALL the staff was friendly and helpful, but Jeremy is special - and he not only took care of me exceptionally well but thrilled my 9-year old twin girls by talking to them and entertaining them while I shopped as well.
