This Mrs. Fields is my new favorite spot at Roosevelt Field Mall!! I tried their cookies and brownies, and both were absolutely delicious, fresh, soft, and full of flavor. On a return visit, the sweet lady at the front recognize me and recommended some of their Nibblers, which were just as good. What really makes this place special is that it’s a family run business by a sweet couple. You can feel the care and effort they put into their business. Super clean and tidy as well. They are so kind, welcoming, and helpful, which makes every visit feel personal and warm. I noticed people enjoying the TCBY frozen yogurt and smoothies, and I can’t wait to try it next time. Between the amazing cookies, brownies, and Nibblers, this is easily one of the best stands in the mall. I highly recommend if you’re looking for a sweet treat!

If I had to tweak anything, it would just be making them bigger, because once you start, you don’t want to stop. Easily a “25 lbs of sudden weight gain” out of 10. Don’t judge me, I’m a fat foodie.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hands down the BEST cookies and ice cream in town!

This place is an absolute gem! As soon as you walk in, you’re greeted by the heavenly smell of freshly baked cookies and rich, creamy ice cream. Every cookie is soft, gooey, and full of flavor — the perfect balance of crisp edges and melt-in-your-mouth centers. They have a great variety too, from classic chocolate chip to fun and creative seasonal flavors.

The ice cream is just as amazing — super creamy, flavorful, and made with what tastes like top-quality ingredients. The cookie ice cream sandwiches are a must-try!

The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the store has a cozy, inviting vibe that makes you want to stay a while. You can tell they really care about their customers and take pride in everything they serve.
