Love their products but the review is for this location only. Been coming here for years and always had good experiences with the staffs. But when I went recently, one of the staffs was nasty.

Currently there is a sale going on and it's clearly stats that it's 50% off the sale prices. Even shows the reduction prices on paper all over the store. I bought two items and they send the receipt to your email. One item was 50% off sale price, the other piece wasn't. Some sketchy prices were marked. Went straight back and the staff just seemed annoyed and lazy to do any transactions. She told me the 50% sale was from the original price, which clearly wasn't. I complained and she didn't seem to care and told me to deal with it with the company and their marketing. So disappointed with her response and how...

I was lied to by the employee when requesting a return and told that the home items are final sale. When I pointed out that this was not stated in their return policy, nor was it mentioned during the time of purchase, i was told “they tell us that the home products are final sale” not sure who “they” are but i called a different location and chatted with someone on their site. Both of these people told me that home items as long as they were no more than 30 percent off could be returned. I purchased the items at full price. If this was simply an employee who wasn’t aware of the policy, they would take the time to look it up or ask as both the other employees at different locations did. Be careful of the...

They're customer service is amazing for a small store & new management, ive been shopping here for years and for some reason every time i'm in there i notice that customers give employees a hard time & then want to come here & complain about it, when certain things are out of their control. I think it's due to customers entitlement or ego but the customers aren't always right! Especially when you're so being rude while the employees are still trying to give you the best customer service Today especially got on my last nerve how even after trying to help customers, they were still being bashed & mistreated. For something literally out of their control, that's just my opinion though
