October 31st at about 4:30pm the employee with the faded blue-green longer hair falsely accused my friend and I of shoplifting. we cooperated and allowed her to search through our bag without a fuss. after not finding anything in the bag, she continued to accuse us of shoplifting and maintained a rude attitude throughout the rest of our shopping experience. however, the employee with red hair was a fantastic help when looking at and inquiring about piercings, despite this i still have to give this Spencers location a 1 star review on account of bad employee training and customer conduct. please retrain the employee with the faded hair, it would be very useful if she knew how to...

The cashier with glasses (12/14/21) was extremely rude for no reason, from the moment we walked up to the register. My mom doesn’t speak english well so i understand it being harder to understand, yet the cashier continued to talk over us telling us we were wrong with an attitude and was very rude. She didn't say hi, thank you, bye, nothing, which is fine, just don't be rude-its not that hard. However, another girl that kindly helped us out and was able to answer our questions without an attitude (who i believe was the manager) &was very nice.
