Yesterday I had a bad experience with the people who serve where the copies are made. The man who attended the place when I needed help with some documents that I needed, he was not at his place of work and I waited for him for a while and sought help to see who could help me until I had to go to another person who was charging and he told me that he would try to see where the person was and it turns out that a hitman was smoking outside the store and when they asked him to serve me he treated me very bad, the man was upset and with his bad attitude he did not provide me with the service that I needed and then I turned to another person and also tried to explain the reason why I needed help and he was also in a bad temper and with his gestures He made me understand that he couldn't help me. The male working the UPS/AMZ desk probably should not work in customer service. This is my first time trying Staples’ AMZ return drop off, I usually go to UPS. He tells me this return can be accepted just this once but cannot typically be accepted because it’s too large (it was a cervical pillow, crescent shaped, quite pliable). AMZ doesn’t note restrictions but Staples may as unreasonable as it may seem. Then he condescendingly says to the extent of, “do you understand what I said?” Wow. You do not address an adult customer as if they were a child regardless of how frustrated you typically are when dealing with customers.
