The manager is to busy with work to attend the employee's interaction with customers. Employee on the phone while attending customer. Employee doesnât care to interact and fully listen to the customerâs request. What ever happened with the customer service?. But donât things this store represents the corporate values, people over the phone are extremely helpful, think about it twice before going to this store. Try the ordering online experience.
