I have been a customer at The Edge for many years. Started when their location was on the 2nd floor closed to Bloomingdales. That was many many years ago. Vinny was my first stylist, then went to see beautiful Rebecca – oh she is super wonderful. She was more than a stylist. I have been seeing her for many years – then when she left The Edge – I was so sad as I will miss her and so worried as I may not find someone as great as her. Then I met Summer … been seeing Summer for probably 2-3 yrs now .. she is fantastic and saved my hair. She is a definition of perfection when it comes to haircutting and coloring. She listens and make suggestions of what she thinks is best. She spend time with her clients and never rush. Always had a fantastic experience with Summer. So the 5 star review is for Mira who threads eyebrows. I’m a straight male, and she ensures your eyebrows are done to your liking. I was able to ensure my eyebrows were threaded to my specification, and she was kind of enough to give me her opinion on shape and styling. I will without a doubt coming back! She is by far the best threader I’ve had the pleasure of having thread my eyebrows. No pain, quick, and exactly what I wanted. Mira is amazing!! And she deserves a regular spot in Edge!! Now onto my haircut....I got a decent cut from the Salon, unfortunately for the life of me I can’t remember his name. $35 for the haircut, wash, dry and style. He gave me great advice on styling and ensuring I got the cut I wanted. He was the only Asian man that I saw when I entered the salon. Amazing Salon & Amazing team. Professional, talented and artistic. I would recommend them for Wedding Day Hair & Makeup hands down over any other company out there! They are able to take your ideas and turn them into reality. They listen to their customers wants, style ideas and can turn your image into a reality. For a wedding trail, they will due your hair and makeup over until it is how you want it to look. No matter how long it takes, they want you to love what you see.
