GameStop — Local services in Town of Henrietta

A few nice staff members and a decent selection of current and retro games, but most employees whenever I'm in are pretty rude. Will openly snicker about store guests while in the store, open up boxed product and pocket inserts for themselves, and will generally try to make you feel stupid for daring to ask a question about in-stock product.

I’ve had some really terrible experiences at GameStop in general as well as some okay experiences. With that said my most recent was excellent. A guy named Josh helped me this time around and I have nothing but great things to say about him which is why I am leaving a 5 star review for this newer location. Made a large purchase and he helped me make the best decision possible while maintaining a level of relatability and more importantly honesty. Thanks again buddy ! Look forward to doing...

Guy working the register was incredible unhelpful. Told us the “per person” limit applies to our entire group. Horrible experience - go literally anywhere else, try eBay. Better off going to millennium for cards or target for video games. Absolute...
