I recieved a Text message from in Port Jefferson-Kate & Hale: MLK Sale on Sale!! MLK Sale on Sale! Up to 50% off plue additional 20% off sale items until Monday. New items just marked down! I am a shopper of small businesses. I love the unique selections on fashions and accessories. I am a local patron down port. The service I recieved from the sales clerk (Alyssa)was rude, obnoxious and challanging. I purchased 2 items full price as she tried to explain to me that I was not understanding ("getting it") that most items were not included in the sale prices. I feel the advertisement was misleading as in a "bait and switch" but I think I was most offended in her high and mighty attitude, as she explained she managed the store for 6 years and tried to lead me to believe that she was the perfect sales person in the bosses eyes. Like I stated, I am a frequent shopper for a long time, but I will not be returning to your store anymore. That is a shame because I love to browse and spend money down port. I will seek other shops...

This review is for the Fairfield CT location. Staff was rude. Young girl behind the counter never greeted us (we were the only people in the store) and when I went to pay (well over $150) my items were balled up and shoved into a bag.
