This was my first time going to Joanne. I had my eyelash extensions done with her. A few weeks before I came to Joanne, I attempted to my own DIY extensions on my own. They looked good, but between the bond, the glue, the seal, I cannot believe it didn’t fully destroy my lashes, and cause me to lose every single one of them! Once Joanne removed the mess, I could not believe the outstanding and perfect job she did with applying absolutely gorgeous extensions to my eyelashes that were saved. Joanne is talented, kind, generous, and altogether a phenomenal human being. I am immediately made my three week follow up appointment before leaving the salon. She is a keeper and I would not recommend anyone else besides her to get a hold of anyone’s lashes! And she has a kindness that just touches your heart uncontrollably. I’ve been there once and today, I tried to call and make an appointment for eyelashes but idk who was picking up the phone and seemed like she didn’t care about customers at all and didn’t need more customers. it’s not first time i’ve felt this way. Im not sure if she’s tired or what? Anyway I ll never come back that place anymore

Im talking about how you treat your customers. Part of your job is customer service. That’s important for business right? Your tone of voice that day and the time before was rude and made me not want to be your customer ever again.

All of the items are of great quality and I’m on my fourth week and my eyelashes still look good. They even lasted me through my vacation, which consisted of 90 degrees, humid weather and saltwater at the beach every day. Seriously recommend this place, you will not regret...
