iLoveKickboxing has helped me make an incredible transformation over the last year. What started as an amazing groupon deal has turned into me going regularly each week, losing close to 30lbs, and gaining strength I never had before. All of this is due to the caring (yet tough) instructors and a phenomenal workout program. What I appreciate the most is the frequency of their classes and flexibility - I know I can get the same hard workout at 6AM or 8PM, with the same enthusiasm from all of the instructors.
