Buster's is outstanding! We hired the company to install blinds in our apartment, and from start to finish we could not have been more satisfied with the company's representatives for their excellent competence and workmanship, warm friendliness, and detailed knowledge of their products. Paul did a terrific job advising us on selecting the blinds for the windows, expertly going through the benefits and drawbacks of each and creatively meeting our price point, and helping us settle on a package that meets our needs perfectly, from both an economical and aesthetic point of view. When the blinds were ready (in a very short amount of time despite supply chain issues) we were really lucky to have Isaac install them. Isaac was terrific -- he installed the blinds quickly and perfectly, and had all sorts of great advice on how to maintain them (and his extra advice on fun things to do in the Traverse City area was really appreciated). We have used Busters Blinds for both our home and automobile. First off, we had a few bare windows in our home and we reached out to the window treatment department at Costco. Unbeknownst to us, the local dealer/installer for Costco is Buster's Blinds. Paul came out and measured and was very thorough as he went thru all the various options as well as the features and benefits of different styles of window treatments. My wife felt very comfortable with Paul since he was very kind and respectful.

Our other experience with Buster's Blinds was to get some automotive tint on the windows of a passenger van that we have. I had the pleasure to deal with Nick reviewing our different options and then with his professional installation. We have been so please with Buster's that we are going to have them come out and use an anti-solar film on some of our higher windows that do not have treatments. Busters Blinds was extraordinary to deal with. I have had them tint the windows on my vehicle as well and install window treatments and 3M window films on my home. The owner Chris was very prompt with replying to my calls and Nick was awesome to deal with on all the installs. It is very obvious that customer service is a top priority for this company. Kudos to you all for exemplifying what a great local company should be. If you consider anyone else for your window treatments, you are selling yourself short!

Edited: I just had Busters Blinds do some additional window film treatment in my office and I cannot say enough about Paul. Paul was very prompt in providing a quote and ordering the custom window film. As son as it was in, he reached out to set up the install.
