lululemon — Local services in Traverse City

I extended my vacation by a few extra days and the weather turned very rainy and cold. I was unprepared and had to venture out to grab more leggings. I was elated when I saw Traverse City had a fairly large store. I stopped in shopping in a very big hurry. The staff was warm and greeted me right away. They provided guidance and help with my selection and offered some new pieces I had not considered. My most memorable moment was when I was criticizing myself for the extra 10 pounds that I still needed to lose. The associate said, "Be kind to yourself. You are beautiful and look great. You can wear whatever Lululemon tops that you love." I was concerned that wearing a short or cropped top would not be appropriate, but she assured me that was not the case. I wore my new pieces around the city and received so many compliments from random people. Thank you, LULU for your kindness and great service....

I’ve been in this store a minimum of 4 times, just in case the other 3 times maybe it was an off day for the employees, and every time i’ve been in there all the employees except 3 gave me the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. From asking questions about a product, or just checking out they gave off the worst attitudes and acted like I was wasting their time, as I had over $200 worth of merchandise to buy. At a higher end store I expect the personalities of Chanel store employees, they seemed as though they were Walmart employees. Given each time I was there, on average at least 5 employees were on deck, so let’s say I’ve encountered 20 employees, only 3 out of that total is acceptable? I personally hope this pop up shuts down for good to never return, or at least gets new employees and management, because I never see myself going back, nor telling anyone about them other than the...

I work downtown and had an entire cup of coffee spill down my pants mid day. I ran into a few stores looking for work pants before I ran into Lululemon (I've never been in there but love leggings and didn't want to even try these on to love them.. haha) I was in a bit of a hurry and feeling uncomfortable in my soaked pants. Abby greeted me at the door, quickly explained a few styles to me, took me to the correct length and size, took me to the dressing room to try on and rang me up in a hurry, bagging my other pants and letting me wear them out.
