WOW. Talk about customer service!!! I am helping my grandpa shop for my grandma this year. I was recommended to this shop for the items I am looking for by another downtown store employee, and they were so right! I called ahead to make sure they had what we were looking for before sending my grandpa in after work. Joe was extremely kind and helpful right away, he gave me very detailed descriptions of what they had in stock, made sure they had something in my grandma's size, and even used his personal phone number to text me pictures of the products so I could be absolutely sure my grandpa could have a one stop shopping experience. He then even offered to hold the items for me since tonight is men's night (which means grandpa will also get a free beer, pretzels, and a chance to win discounts...plus a one stop shop thanks to joe!? What more could a man want?!) and he wanted to be sure they wouldn't sell out before grandpa got there. I was searching for a pair of shoes, and started at golden shoes where I had no luck. I asked if anywhere else sold the style I needed, and they said Robert Frost. I had no idea they even sold the shoes I wanted!! I went in and was greeted kindly and offered any help. I told them what I needed, and as one employee went to find the shoes, another employee and I had some nice small talk! As the other employee came back with my shoes, he offered me 2 sizes to make sure I had my numbers right. I tried them on and they were perfect!!!
